Job Description:

Responsible for performing general and specific administrative support tasks involved in an engineering environment. Responsibilities may include maintaining records, specifications, drawings and other related documentation. Assisting with the preparation of ECNs (Engineering Change Notices), creation of BOMs, and assisting internal and external customers in various administrative tasks directly related to the work unit's primary function. These tasks may include, but not be limited to, assisting with researching information, assisting with analysis, compiling data for reports, coordinating work processes following work unit manager's directions and other established administrative procedures. Coordinates work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company. May assist in work for one or more professional employees other than the direct supervisor.

Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks. Good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution. Allocates own time efficiently. Receives general instructions on all work.

  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including monthly gatherings, celebrations, and ESG/volunteer events.

  • Act as a key liaison between the local office and global functional teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including:

- New hire onboarding coordination and logistics preparation

- Travel arrangement and expense support (as needed)

- Logistics and shipment coordination

- Office administration (stationery and pantry supplies, inventory tracking, and cabinet/file management)


University degree or equivalent. To adequately perform the duties of the job individuals must possess a minimum of 1- year (or equivalent) administrative experience.



Basic knowledge of the administrative methods, with some basic exposure to this function is highly preferred and an acumen to learn the required administrative skills of the job in this function. Specific level of software skills as required by the work unit.
