Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and rollout of the New Learning System, including hybrid training User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities

  • Assist in training system migration, ensuring smooth transition across phases and minimal operational disruption

  • Manage and administer industry examination enrolments, including IIQE Papers I, III, V and MPF-related processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Coordinate and support both face-to-face and virtual training logistics, including venue booking, system setup, materials preparation, and attendance tracking

  • Provide end-to-end training administrative support, ensuring timely execution of training schedules and activities

  • Support daily team and departmental operations, including:

    Procurement and payment processing

  • Communication with agency via email, WhatsApp, Facebook and SMS

  • Training/event coordination and on-site support

  • Provide event support during non-office hours (including evenings and weekends) as required

Job Requirements

  • University degree

  • Able to prioritize tasks and detail-minded

  • Proficient in use of computer software (including power point, excel and words)

  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Good communication skill and team work

  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
