Administrative Assistant II (Ref.: 534641)
We are seeking a high-calibre candidate with exceptional skills and potential to join the newly developed Tech Landmark as Administrative Assistant II (AAII). The appointee will report to the VP(Global) and the Director of the Tech Landmark or his representative.
The Tech Landmark (TLM) is a cluster of four interconnected buildings along University Drive on the Main Campus, designed to support strategically crossdisciplinary research in science, engineering, and all related STEM fields. Equipped with extensive infrastructure, the TLM offers centralized technological platforms and shared research facilities, including Characterization Facility, Electron Microscope Unit (EMU), Nanofabrication Facility and Microelectronics Cleanroom.
The Role
The AAII will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the VP(Global) and the Director, whose portfolio covers, amongst others, strategic planning, academic development, budget planning and allocation, faculty development, and other major strategic initiatives.

What We Offer
The appointment will be made on a fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary.Other benefits includeannual leave and medical benefits.
