Job Description:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare, file, and retrieve documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards
  • Generate requisitions for stock items that reach minimum levels on a weekly basis
  • Handle customs audits and respond to related inquiries
  • Create and issue Delivery Orders in the system, ensuring accurate details such as product type, quantity, and delivery address
  • Manage pantry supplies, including requisitions and stock control
  • Greet and attend to guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • GCE O level or equivalent
  • Candidates with related experience in administration/ purchasing/ sales support will have an added advantage
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
