Admin Executive (Project Administration / Northeast)

• Salary: $2800 to $3200 + AWS + VB
• Working Location: Northeast
• Working hours: 5 days - 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Scope:

• To provide administrative support to project teams, ensures efficient project operations, and maintain communications among stakeholders.
• Assist with scheduling, meeting minutes, and logistics.
• Manage project documentation and reports.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
• Handle emails, phone calls, and update.
• Help develop and track project schedules.
• Monitor progress and coordinate resources.

Requirement:

• Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
