Admin Experience with Accounting background
Job scope:
Provide administrative & secretarial support to the Finance Manager
Manage event listings and updates on the company's website.
Liaise with faculty regarding event information and logistics.
Handle participant enquiries, including refunds, cancellations, and ticket transfers.
Prepare event reports and ad hoc administrative reports.
Coordinate office operations, including stationery, pantry supplies, and office equipment.
Liaise with vendors for maintenance, repairs, courier, mailing, and purchasing matters.
Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and finance-related administrative tasks.
Assist with projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience.
Accounting or finance administration background is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask.
