Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents
  • Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and transportation schedules
  • Maintain inventory and logistics records accurately
  • Monitor shipment status and update customers or internal teams
  • Support warehouse and logistics operations with administrative tasks
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and filing of documents
  • Assist in data entry and report preparation
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse staff

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary education or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Experience in logistics or administrative work is an advantage
