About the role
We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our onsite health screening team during the peak screening period. The incumbent will provide administrative and coordination support, including preparing screening reports, following up with patients and ensuring reports and outstanding matters are completed in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the onsite health screening team during the peak screening period.
Assist with the preparation, generation and checking of health screening reports.
Contact patients for follow-up on outstanding information, appointments or screening-related matters.
Track outstanding cases and follow up accordingly to ensure timely closure.
Ensure completed reports are sent to patients accurately and on time.
Update patient records, screening status and other relevant information in the system or tracking files.
Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation and other administrative duties.
Coordinate with internal teams on outstanding reports or follow-up matters where required.
Maintain proper and accurate records of completed and pending cases.
Handle patient information with confidentiality and in accordance with organisational requirements.
About you
Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels, Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.
Prior administrative, healthcare, clinic or customer service experience will be advantageous.
Comfortable communicating with patients over the phone.
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Able to handle administrative work accurately and manage multiple follow-ups.
Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to commit for the full 3-month contract period.
Able to commit to working 5.5 work days (Monday to Saturday)
