Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 14 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in utility-scale land acquisition, infrastructure site selection, or large-scale commercial real estate development.
- Experience working on or supporting real estate transactions across multiple global regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
- Direct experience sourcing single sites or clusters exceeding 500MW to 1GW+ of potential capacity.
