ACMV Project Manager

- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm
- Monthly Salary: Basic up to $8000 + Variable Bonus (VB) + AWS

Responsibility
- Project Leadership - Lead and manage ACMV projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget, quality, and contractual timelines.
- Technical Coordination - Review design drawings, specifications, and oversee installation works (chilled water, VRV/VRF, AHU, FCU, ducting, piping, and commissioning).
- Site & Team Management - Supervise engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors monitor site progress, safety, and productivity.
- Testing & Commissioning - Oversee system testing, validation, and handover to clients, ensuring compliance with performance requirements.
- Stakeholder & Contract Administration - Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors manage documentation, variation orders, and reporting.
- Safety & Continuous Improvement - Enforce workplace safety standards, investigate incidents, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 year of ACMV Project Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems including Chilled Water Systems, VRV / VRF Systems, AHU, FCU
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Familiar with Singapore construction standards, authority requirements and ACMV practice
- Possess BCSS/WSHMCI
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
