Key responsibilities

Manage accounts payable cycle from invoice processing to payment
Prepare payment summaries and manage approval process
Execute local and international bank transfers
Prepare invoices for intercompany billings
Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Role requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
6+ years of related experience
Solid experience with Accounts Receivables or managing full accounting records is beneficial
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Fluent in both Written and Spoken Mandarin and English and excellent interpersonal skills
A careful eye for detail and the ability to manage time effectively
