Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts, Finance & HR Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations focusing on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and bank reconciliation, while providing essential HR administrative support to maintain accurate financial and employee records.
Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable by issuing cash receipts, monitoring outstanding payments, and ensuring accurate documentation and approval of transactions per company policies
- Process supplier invoices and staff claims for Accounts Payable, ensuring proper recording and compliance with internal controls
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify accuracy between bank statements and accounting records, investigate discrepancies, and support daily cash flow monitoring
- Maintain accurate employee personal files, track staff leave, medical certificates, attendance, and training records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal policies
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing financial reports, assisting with audits, and performing ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software proficiently to maintain financial records and reports
- Handle confidential financial and HR information with discretion and professionalism
- Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently to meet deadlines and support organizational goals
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth finance and HR operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
- Exposure to basic HR administration
