Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts cum HR Manager to join Ocean Rich Group Pte Ltd on a full-time basis at our Toh Guan West Region location. This is a pivotal role that bridges financial management and human resources, requiring a professional who can effectively manage both accounting operations and employee relations. You will play a key strategic role in ensuring the organisation's financial health whilst fostering a positive workplace culture and maintaining robust HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

  • Manage all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliation, GST Filing and month-end closing procedures

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports and budgets to support business decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities as required

  • Support cost control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency

Human Resource Management

  • Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits administration and statutory compliance

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee relations activities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational objectives

  • Handle employee performance management, training and development initiatives

  • Maintain accurate financial and HR records and documentation

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

  • Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA or equivalent is highly desirable

  • Minimum 5 years experience in accounting and financial reporting within a similar role

  • Proven experience in HR management, employee relations and recruitment

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations and employment laws

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Integrity, confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial and personnel matters
