Responsibilities
- Responsible for the company's daily financial management, including expense reimbursement review, payment arrangement, disbursement execution, and related record maintenance.
- Serves as the company's in-house accountant, responsible for daily accounting processing, voucher organization, and financial data maintenance.
- Plan, monitor, and manage the company's monthly cash flow, including income and expenditure arrangements, to ensure stable financial operations.
- Assist in liaising with accounting firms, banks, and other relevant external entities to support tax filing, audits, and financial document preparation.
- Handle other financial and related administrative tasks assigned by supervisors, and proactively follow up on progress and report results.
- As needed by superiors, complete ad-hoc financial tasks and provide reasonable suggestions.
Requirements
- Able to work in the Taipei office and flexibly switch between on-site and remote work to meet company operational needs.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, treasury, or cashier-related work; familiar with Taiwanese tax regulations, filing procedures, and annual audit requirements.
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience managing the accounts of multiple companies simultaneously; able to independently handle daily financial and administrative affairs; possess strong independent work ability and a high sense of responsibility; and able to cooperate with remote work arrangements.
- Able to independently liaise with banks, handle cashier and fund transfer matters, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills with accounting firms, external units, and direct supervisors.
- Possesses excellent time management skills, clear logic, meticulousness, and the ability to effectively manage work in a multitasking environment.
- Possesses basic confidentiality awareness and professional ethics, and can properly handle company finances and sensitive information.
