PURPOSE OF JOB:
Oversee all reporting and accounting activities, responsible for setting up processes and controls to ensure integrity and reliability of reported financial information. Advise stakeholders on financial reporting matters. Lead or participate in the projects.
MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Accounting & Reporting team
- Be accountable for accounting, reporting, internal control & governance cycle
- Ensure the compliance with the accounting principles & financial reporting standards
- In charge tax planning/filing, cash management/forecast, audit preparation/response
- Provide the advice & recommendation for decision making
- Continuously improve the processes & procedures
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
- Lead & participate in the projects
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 8 years experience in Accounting
- People management experience of at least 8+ members.
- Business partnering experience is a plus
JOB-RELATED KNOWLEDGE/ SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Must:
- Expertise in MS Office software especially in EXCEL.
- Good command of reading, writing & communicating in English
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles & tax regulations
- Plus: Experience in SAP / Ding Xing / CPA
