The role is responsible for managing fixed assets accounting, payroll administration for local and expatriate employees, and ensuring compliance with tax and audit requirements. The position supports accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth coordination across Finance, HR, and external auditors.
Fixed Assets Management
. Manage and maintain fixed asset registers for all business units to ensure accuracy and completeness.
. Perform physical asset inspections and verifications at manufacturing or plant locations.
. Record and update cycle count results in SAP, including reconciliation of variances with system data.
Payroll Operations
. Execute end-to-end payroll processes for local and expatriate employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
. Prepare, review, and reconcile withholding tax (WHT) with accounting records and the general ledger.
. Ensure all payroll-related tax submissions, including monthly and annual filings (e.g., PND1), are completed accurately and on schedule.
Audit and Regulatory Compliance
. Compile and provide payroll documentation such as payroll registers, headcount reports, and supporting schedules for quarterly statutory audits.
. Prepare audit schedules covering director remuneration, payroll expenses, capital expenditures, and withholding tax.
. Act as a key contact point for external auditors, responding to inquiries and supplying additional information as needed.
Cross-Functional Coordination
. Work closely with Finance, HR, and other internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to processes and internal control frameworks.
. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (high-potential fresh graduates will also be considered).
. Strong working knowledge of SAP and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
. Effective communication skills in both Thai and English.
. Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
