As an established brand in the luxury jewelry sector, we are seeking a meticulous and high-caliber Accounting Manager to lead our Finance Department and steer our financial health with absolute precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including full-set accounting, AP/AR, general ledger, and inventory costing.

Reporting & Compliance: Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure strict compliance with Singapore financial regulations, SFRS, corporate tax.

Inventory Control: Work closely with the operations and production teams to maintain strict audit controls over high-value physical inventory and precious materials. Do a daily physical count of all the merchandise of the company and to cut stock daily for the items sold.

Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, manufacturing, or trading is highly advantageous.

Proven experience managing high-value inventory control and audit processes.

Skills & Attributes:

Proficiency in established in advanced MS Excel.

Exceptional analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and absolute integrity.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
