Job Description
Lead global revenue accounting and reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
Review complex commercial arrangements and determine appropriate accounting treatment in line with relevant accounting principles and internal policies.
Manage revenue-related reconciliations, accruals, deferrals, contract assets, and period-end adjustments.
Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Corporate Accounting to provide financial guidance on new commercial arrangements and business models.
Strengthen financial controls, reporting procedures, and documentation to support governance and internal/external audit requirements.
Support the ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation, improving end-to-end revenue accounting processes, system integration, and reporting efficiency.
Identify reporting discrepancies and process gaps, driving practical solutions and continuous improvement.
Provide revenue analysis and financial insights to support forecasting, planning, and senior management decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
8+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience within semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or another complex multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of revenue accounting principles, financial reporting, and period-end closing processes.
Experience working with integrated ERP systems; SAP ECC or S/4HANA experience is highly preferred.
Exposure to finance transformation, ERP implementation, or process improvement projects would be an advantage.
Proven ability to work across Finance, Sales, Operations, and regional/global stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
Effective English communication skills with the ability to explain complex accounting matters to non-finance stakeholders.
Big 4 experience and/or CPA or equivalent professional qualification would be advantageous.
