Accounting Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Familiar with accounting matters, month-end closing process, taxation process and governance ruling over local business tax, withholding tax and corporate tax.
• In charge of daily AR collection, accounting data preparation and summarization, and general aspects of accounting matters.
• Review invoice or documents of company's AR/AP and various payment request and ensure the accuracy of associated accounting vouchers.
• Prepare local accounting expenditure accrual, monthly/annual closing, reporting and reconciliation.
• Responsible for periodic accounting, tax, and management reports for Group reporting purposes.
• Assist CPA audit fieldwork and prepare tax-related reconciliation tasks.
• Assist to identify and further proceed the process optimization of accounting activities.
• Assist to coordinate/status trace of HQ initiated accounting transformation projects.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with business partners and complete any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting functions and/or public accounting firms.
• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Capable of working independently with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• High learning agility with a continuous improvement mindset.
