General Purpose

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide accounting and cost analysis support for the factory, including general accounting, GL reconciliation, cost analysis, and inventory accounting, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The role works closely with Operations and requires good English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

Perform daily general accounting tasks and support month-end close.

Prepare and review GL entries and perform account reconciliations.

Assist with manufacturing cost analysis, including materials, labor, and overhead.

Maintain accurate inventory accounting and support periodic inventory counts.

Prepare basic cost and variance reports for manufacturing operations.

Work with Operations and Plant teams to gather data and validate information.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.

Provide information for internal and external audits.

Maintain Accurate Documentation And Follow Company Accounting Policies.as Required

Essential Skills And Experience

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting.

23 years of experience in the accounting field; experience in an accounting firm is a plus.

Background in GL accounting; experience in general accounting or cost/manufacturing accounting preferred.

Understanding of accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.

Strong Excel skills and basic financial analysis capability.

Good PC skills, including MS Office; ERP experience desirable (Oracle preferred).

Effective written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency required.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle daily tasks accurately.

Ability to adapt quickly, learn independently, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Able to work under pressure and in a team environment; proactive and self-motivated.
