Your Job

As an Account Specialist at Molex, you will support the sales team and strategic customers in Taiwan's Hyperscale Datacenter and Enterprise Cloud Computing market. Key responsibilities include coordinating pricing, managing New Product Introductions (NPI), preparing reports, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external clients to drive business growth.

Our Team

You will join a dynamic, highvisibility team that partners with Worldwide Account Managers, OEM/ODM sales teams, product divisions, and quality and environmental groups to deliver innovative solutions. Together, we support leading cloud technology companies, helping them adapt to change and create lasting value for their customers.

What You Do

  • Manage pricing activities, including inquiries, contract database updates, RFQs, and NPI support.
  • Maintain Salesforce (CRM) accuracy, generate management reports, and assist internal users.
  • Prepare business performance reports on revenue, margin, delivery, quality, and key metrics.
  • Coordinate customer requests, including special pricing, forecasts, deliveries, PCNs, and documentation.
  • Support Account Managers with budget planning, business plan development, and other assigned duties.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with proven ability to communicate across cultures
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated success in sales operations, organization, and customer support management
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to build effective relationships

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)


  • Proven ability to work independently with a proactive, result-driven mindset
  • Strong SAP and BW analytical expertise
  • Direct customer engagement experience, including occasional travel
  • Background in pricing, forecasting, and NPI support within hightech or cloud computing environments
