About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Overseas Account Manager to spearhead our growth across the UK, Poland, Czech Republic, and Balkan regions. You will play a pivotal role in developing new business, strengthening channel partnerships, and executing go-to-market programs that make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
1) Channel Management & Growth
- Manage and expand distributor networks across assigned regions.
- Develop joint business plans with partners and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Monitor channel performance and optimize resource allocation.
2) Business Development
- Drive adoption of our Edge AI computing platforms by engaging with ISVs, system integrators, and vertical market leaders.
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities in strategic verticals such as industrial automation, medical devices, networking, and defense for component business.
- Build strong relationships with end customers and influence key decision-makers to accelerate APEX Series adoption in on-premise AI deployments.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to shape customer-centric solutions.
3) Market Development Fund (MDF) Program Execution
- Plan and execute MDF-supported campaigns and events with partners.
- Track ROI and ensure MDF activities align with regional business priorities.
- Deliver measurable outcomes through digital marketing, seminars, webinars, and joint promotions.
4) Strategic Planning & Execution
- Conduct regional market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Translate strategy into actionable sales plans with clear milestones.
- Report business pipeline and progress to senior management with accuracy and insight.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in international B2B sales, ideally in industrial computing, networking, embedded systems, or edge AI.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage C-level executives, distributors, and technical stakeholders.
- Team player mindset comfortable driving initiatives independently, yet highly collaborative.
- Fluent in English (Polish, Czech, or Balkan languages is a plus).
