Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working in an account management/sales planning role.
  • Experience working in client management as well as stakeholder management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently, to communicate with different regional customers and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with client service/account management, within e-commerce or with an omnichannel retailer.
  • Experience in shopping ad types.
  • Ability to have an influential approach to understanding and aligning to stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to synthesize business insights and inform business strategy.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with support teams to troubleshoot customer issues and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and presentation skills.
