Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development and Account Management:
- Independently manage and oversee a portfolio of key/major accounts with minimal supervision
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to maximize revenue and margin growth
- Build C-level and executive relationships within client organizations
- Act as trusted advisor to clients on technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with line manger
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities and long-term account development plans
Revenue Generation & Business Development:
- Own and exceed substantial annual sales targets
- Drive complex, multi-solution sales cycles involving network, security, infrastructure, and cloud solutions
- Identify white space opportunities and expand wallet share within existing accounts
- Develop new enterprise accounts within target verticals (financial services, government, large corporates)
- Lead RFP/RFQ responses and proposal development for large-scale projects
- Negotiate high-value contracts and master service agreements
Account Operations & Governance:
- Manage complex project delivery with cross-functional internal teams
- Ensure account profitability targets and operational excellence
- Handle escalations and resolve sophisticated client challenges
- Maintain detailed account plans and opportunity pipelines
- Provide accurate revenue forecasting and business intelligence to leadership
Requirements:

- Minimum3-5yearsofprovenB2Btechnologysalesoraccountmanagementexperience
- DemonstratedsuccessinconsistentlyexceedingsalesquotasinITsolutions/enterprisetechnology
- DeepunderstandingofITinfrastructure:networkarchitecture,cybersecuritysolutions,server/storage,virtualization,andcloudplatforms(IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
