About This Role
We're looking for an Account Manager to own key customer relationships and drive business growth across our consumer product portfolio.
What You'll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Lead QBR, RFI/RFQ, quotation, demand forecasting, and account planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, PM, RD, factory, and operations teams to deliver on account goals
• Manage customer needs end-to-end and maintain long-term relationships built on trust
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in account management within Taiwan's tech manufacturing industry (ODM / OEM / system-level products)
• Hands-on experience with the ODM/JDM business model — you understand NRE, MOQ, and BOM negotiations
• Proven track record managing complex, system-level product accounts (e.g. consumer electronics, IT peripherals, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity across teams
• Fluent English — written and spoken, comfortable leading customer calls independently
• Tier 1 account or project management experience is a strong plus
