Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Establish, Align, and Execute global key account strategies to meet business targets. Understand strategic customer technology trends/needs and develop solutions per competitive environments. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Customer-oriented thinking to build up sustainable customer relationships and maximize satisfaction. Analyze the territory/market's potential, submit/track sales and status reports regularly. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products performance, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Account management on demand forecast, customer needs, problems and troubleshooting, interests, competitor activities, and positive/negative potential for existing or new products and services. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, FSE, ATC and Manufacturing. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

Required

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a Science-related field.
  • Industry Experience: Over 5 years in the electronics industry; experience with CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) is a strong plus.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IC fabrication processes is beneficial.
  • Customer Engagement: Proven experience in sales, field service, or customer support roles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in virtual teams and building peer networks.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel across Taiwan (up to 50%).
  • Sales Aptitude: Self-driven with the ability to manage long sales cycles (12 years).
  • Safety Commitment: High awareness and active engagement in personal and workplace safety.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English for professional communication
