Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts to provide accurate financial insights.
- Analyze market trends and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage and oversee departmental budgets, establish budget guidelines, and monitor financial operations including payroll, invoicing, and cash flow.
- Advise management and executives on financial decisions to optimize profitability and formulate strategic, long-term business plans.
- Minimize financial risk by ensuring legal compliance and liaising with external parties such as auditors, bankers, and tax authorities.
- Supervise and manage finance department staff, including accountants and financial analysts, to ensure effective team performance.
