Job Description
Synology is rapidly expanding in ANZ Region and is seeking multi-tasking experts that can help us drive results in local markets. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be working on creating plans together with other sales and marketing team members to maximize results. At the same time, you'll be working with channel partners to build up a network and to find and develop potential customers. You will: - Develop potential business customers and expand market share in Australia and New Zealand - Regularly visit local channel partners and maintain customer relationships - Conduct market research, account and order operations, and report accordingly - Develop business in ANZ, including product analysis and presentations, pre-sales consulting, project management and channel promotions
Requirements
You are expected to have: - Native English writing and speaking abilities - Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management - Experience managing customer relationships and driving long-term partnership - Ability to identify, qualify and close the new business opportunity - Ability to work cross-functionally with Pre-sales, Marketing and Product team - Comfortable with travel, client-facing activity and negotiation engagements We're targeting candidates with: - Public speaking and presentation experience - MIS / IT background or industry knowledge - Familiar with ANZ market, industry trends and competitive landscape - Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset
