Account Executive (Hardlines)

Job Description

• Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities and reactivating dormant accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional account servicing and follow-up.
• Promote the company's testing, inspection, and certification services to maximize customer value.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
• Support key accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and account expansion.
• Achieve sales targets through effective account planning and proactive business development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1 year of sales, customer service, or account management experience is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry is a plus.
