Role: Academic Counselor – Domestic K-3 Segment

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working (Rotational Week-Off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel parents on their children's foundational learning needs.
• Recommend suitable learning programs based on student requirements.
• Drive enrollments and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and handle parent queries.
• Build strong parent relationships through structured follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, or Education Consulting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• A consultative sales approach and target-oriented mindset.
• K-3 / Early Childhood EdTech experience will be an added advantage.
