According to the project style requirements, design and produce the animation assets of the 3D characters in the game (including but not limited to the character's basic movements, skill movements, appearance animations, scene object animations, plot animations, etc.) 2. Create animation benchmarks to reach a relatively high level in the industry, and implement them into the project output and maintain animation design specifications, production specifications, export specifications, storage specifications, performance specifications and other related documents 3. Perform bone binding, skinning and other work on the characters, scene objects and special effects objects in the project so that they can meet the requirements of animation design and production 4. Responsible for the production and management of animation assets within the Unity engine cooperate with planning and program effects coordination to jointly achieve excellent animation performance in the engine 5. Continuously discover pain points in the art production process and propose solutions, and work with the main artist and TA to propose tool requirements to improve production efficiency 6. According to mass production needs, split production tasks, supervise the mass production content and assets of outsourced suppliers, and ensure high-quality, efficient and smooth multi-pipeline production.

Qualifications

1. More than five years of experience in game action design, and have participated in at least one complete game project 2. Have a deep understanding of motion laws, animation principles, Pose modeling, composition and other animation theories, and be able to grasp the character's personality characteristics for action design 3. Proficient in using Maya for 3D character action production can independently complete the bone binding of characters, creatures, scenes and special effects props, and be familiar with expression animation, physical settlement and other solutions 4. Be proficient in using the Unity engine, master the basic functions of the Unity engine animation module, and understand the working principle of the animation state machine as a bonus 5. Have experience in motion capture and motion capture data refinement, pay attention to AI animation technology and be able to incorporate it into work 6. Have good communication and collaboration skills, strong learning and summarizing abilities, and love games, animation, film and television and other artistic works. IP development experience and film and television animation experience are bonus points.
