Our global Markets teams help clients manage risk, increase returns, and solve complex financial problems while tackling challenging business issues.

You will support senior colleagues with research, analysis, and preparatory work, monitor markets, develop trade ideas, conduct portfolio reviews, and learn about our client solutions. From day one, your contributions will be valuable, and you'll receive training from expert instructors and J.P. Morgan professionals on our history, organization, and future plans, as well as technical and practical skills to help you succeed.
The program is an opportunity to take your career to the next level through hands-on experience, relevant skills training and valuable professional networking. Based on your individual achievements, those who successfully complete the program may receive offers of full-time employment.
Job responsibilities
If pursuing a Master's Degree, it must be completed within 2 years of receiving your Bachelor's Degree
Excellent analytical, quantitative (algebra, statistics, probability), and interpretative skills
Genuine interest in financial markets and economic data and trends
Ability to multi-task and collaborate within a team environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Confidence and initiative to take on responsibility and manage your own projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
We're a global company whose primary business language is English and so fluency in English is required
There are placement opportunities on our desks covering the Korean, Chinese and Japanese markets. Only applicants who are fluent in Korean, Mandarin or Japanese will be considered for these placements.
