Key Responsibilities
CVD Process Development
1. Thin film sample analysis by metrology tools and data consolidation
2. Literature study of CVD R&D project & MOx TFT
3. Process trend study skills with process DoE experience and data analysis.
Defectivity Lab
1. Synchronize CVD/ALD/PVD HW informations (excel), datalog(txt, excel), particle information(excel), NU% (excel), Film properties(excel), spectrum (txt, excel)
2. Fit data analysis formate and provide =1 case study
PVD Material Analysis
1. Focus on XRD, XRR analysis, fitting validation
2. XPS fit model optimization for IGZO based on literature study and hands on fitting improvement
3. Wet etching SOP improvement, etchant temperature, etching time, rinse or soak, substrate (glass or wafer)
Process Integration
1. High Mobility Oxide (HMO) Thin Film Transistor (TFT) process optimization.
2. Display device AIx program development
OLED product development
1. Optimize color patterning for MAX OLED
2. New overhang development
3. Develop TFE cavity filling ideas
4. Assist new TEG design
Final Project Review
1. Interns will deliver a 30minute English presentation on their projects.
2. Managers will evaluate each intern's R&D capability, and those who demonstrate outstanding performance may be considered for an early offer.
Requirements
Skills : Fluent English communication/writing/presentation (Toeic 750+)
Knowledge : Related research experience in semi, display, solar, LED, OLED, etc
Experience : Analytical skills, research ability and DoE knowledge/experience
Education (Major/Degree) : Electro-Optical, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or the other engineering depts (Master/Ph.D students)
