Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Content creation & writing:
Assist in developing engaging and informative content for company branding and intern related activities including but not limited to orientation camp, executive talks and career talks
Contribute to the planning and execution of internal and external social media campaigns as an intern leader
2. Project Management & Coordination: assist in planning and organizing potential events and ensuring smooth communication during the execution
3. Research and Analysis: conduct research on industry trends, competitors and relevant topics for content development
PR Support: provide general support in media monitoring and report consolidation

Requirements

Skill:
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling and effective messages for diverse audiences.
- Content creation: Ability to generate creative and relevant content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Analytics: Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
Knowledge:
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling and effective messages for diverse audiences.
- Content creation: Ability to generate creative and relevant content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Analytics: Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
Experience:
- Social Media Management: Previous experience in managing social media accounts for personal or professional capacity.
- Content Creation: Demonstrated experience in creating engaging content, including graphics, videos, or blog posts.
- Analytics Usage: Practical experience with social media analytics tools to assess and enhance social media performance.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall communication.
- Graphics production: Print and basic video skills to facilitate visual communication is a plus.
Education (Major/Degree):
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, major in Science, Engineering, Business Management, Journalism, Communications, English or a related field
