About the Role

University students who are curious about insurance industry, open-minded to accept new challenges, able to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Internship Period: 8 June 2026 to 14 August 2026

The purpose of our 10-weeks programme is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and contribute:

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Group Innovation Office, you may be involved in:

• Support the Group Innovation Office in strategic planning, change initiatives and innovation delivery.

• Assist in developing and tracking strategic plans, performance dashboards and key initiatives.

• Conduct research on emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI and support the design, evaluation and implementation of AI-driven solutions.

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities, contribute to product discovery and product management activities (e.g. requirements gathering, use-case definition) and observe existing processes to recommend improvements.

• Gain exposure to AI governance frameworks, risk identification and mitigation practices.

What you will need:

• Students from all background and field of study who are in your penultimate year of study

• Excellent teammate and curious learner

• Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast paced work environment

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Strong digital literacy required, proficient in Microsoft Office
