About the Role

University students who are curious about insurance industry, open-minded to accept new challenges, able to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Internship Period: 8 June 2026 to 14 August 2026

The purpose of our 10-weeks programme is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

What you will learn and contribute:

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in Group Corporate Development.

In theInsuranceTeam, you may be involved in:

• Supporting market research to enrich our market intelligence, as well as database management on a regular basis (e.g. competitor tracking)

• Supporting company profiling as part of the initial opportunities exploration

• Conduct system UAT for upgrades or semi-automated solutions as part of the revamped ways of working within the team

In the Healthcare Team, you may be involved in:

• Mapping private equity health portfolios and conducting desktop research and market scanning during the initial opportunities exploration phase

• Supporting presentations to management team with clear and concise messaging

What you will need:

• Students from all background and field of study who are in your penultimate year of study

• Excellent teammate and curious learner

• Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast paced work environment

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Strong digital literacy required, proficient in Microsoft Office
