Job Description

What You'll Do

Rate and Inventory Management:
Monitor room rate, inventory and promotion are correctly set up and extended in a timely manner across assigned hotel partners.
Proactively follow up with assigned hotel partners on campaign promotion opportunities and grow booking performance
Front-End Display & Supply Quality Enhancement:
Check the hotel's direct supply is displayed correctly on Klook's platform.
Support policy alignment with other OTA channels to ensure pricing consistency and competitiveness.
Partner Support:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned hotel partners regarding backend system usage, troubleshooting, and operational inquiries.
Support internal coordination with the finance team for partner payments and billing.

What You'll Need

12 years of experience in an operations-heavy BD or account management role.
High attention to detail and a passion for operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes to external partners.
Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
Fluency in Mandarin and English.
