1 YEAR CONTRACT MARKETING EVENTS SPECIALIST (RENEWABLE)

Our client is a leading MNC in the eye care industry

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful planning and delivery of internal and external events across APAC to support strategic commercial objectives.
• Ensure that all event planning and execution activities adhere to company policies, industry code and the regulatory requirement of the host countries
• Work with various suppliers/service providers such as creative and media agencies, production houses, premium suppliers, event companies to ensure timely execution of Commercial Operation initiatives.
• Assist to achieve a set target percentage of attendee interaction during virtual events
• Provide back-end support for the programs such as approvals process, database tracking, and logistics.
• Manage the events related budgets and work with all functions to ensure strong support implementation needs in the most cost-effective way possible.
• Conduct post-event analysis to review the performance against the preset KPI
• Occasional travelling across the APCA region is required for the preparation and management of the events/congresses.

Requirements:

• Degree and above
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• 5 years of regional events management experiences
• Accurate reporting and tracking of responsible budgets.
• Familiar with virtual meeting platform and project management tools. Knowledge and experience in digital engagement tools such as SuperEvent, On24 would be an advantage.
• Strong team player and communicator at all levels.
• Comfortable to travel 20% of the time
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified is a plus

Salary ranges from $5000-$7500 with attractive benefits and bonuses
