Job Summary: To lead and manage manufacturing operations with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. The Manufacturing Manager will ensure that production processes meet customer expectations, comply with quality standards, and support Delta's strategic goals. Job Description: - Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations including production planning, process control, and resource allocation. - Lead quality improvement initiatives across assigned BU/BG and ensure alignment with customer requirements. - Act as a key interface between manufacturing teams and customer quality representatives. - Drive preventive verification and validation in product and process development. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality issues. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions across the production line. - Monitor and report manufacturing KPIs: yield, DPPM, productivity, customer complaints, and audit scores. - Support internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits. - Ensure proper documentation and adherence to standard operating procedures. - Build a culture of continuous improvement and quality-first mindset within the production team. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing or production management roles, preferably in electronics or automotive industries. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean principles. - Good leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in English additional languages (e.g., Chinese) are an advantage
