2. Analyses and optimizes transport network and routes
3. Partially Master data and system maintenance
4. BBM plants tactical planning and cross RGB optimization
5. Define & tracking tactical planning & cross RGB cost optimization & implementation
6. Bid data analysis ability to figure out potential saving direction
7. Regular monitoring CO2 in country level @APAC
8. Tender support and switch
9. Support plant reporting & controlling: BP/CF
10. Ensure master data maintenance & route set up for TMS are timely completed
11. Coordinate regular meeting between TMC and plant
12. Responsible as key user/expert for TMS system usage within the team
13. Support future new business roll out into TMC
14. New project cost study if necessary
Qualifications
1. Bachelor/Master or equivalent practical experience with focus on logistics or supply chain
2. Minimum 5 years transportation related experience
3. Experience in Transport Network Optimization: Focus on deliverables, result-driven with proven optimization records
4. Experience in logistics, preferably in plant transportation management or 3PL transportation department
5. Distinct analytical skills with strong MS excel skills
6. Experience in use of Transport Management System
7. Good process analytic skills like VSM & VSD
8. Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
9. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to work cross-functional
10. Independently lead/coordinate projects with ability to adjust project priorities
11. Good team player with self-motivation, ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic work environment
12. High level of customer orientation
