Main Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day IFM operations across assigned camps and facilities, managing FM teams, contractors and specialist vendors.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, asset health, lifecycle planning and obsolescence management.
Manage emergency incidents, fault recovery, crisis response and root cause investigations while meeting contractual recovery timelines.
Ensure statutory, government agencies, quality and safety compliance while maintaining customer satisfaction and KPI performance.

Skills/Experience Required

Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years experience in IFM or facilities operations.
Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders, service providers and operational teams.
Strong experience in incident management, service recovery and operational continuity.
Experience in asset lifecycle management, condition assessments, obsolescence management, CMMS and technical proposal preparation.
