Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing custom software components using modern programming frameworks.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to enterprise software environments.
Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance in production environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
