Job Description

Partner business leaders on workforce planning and organisational design
Provide HR advisory on performance, talent, and succession strategies
Oversee full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
Drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive work environment
Manage employee relations matters with a balanced, solutions-driven approach
Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and internal governance
Support compensation cycles and regional HR initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related majors
At least 7+ years of proven experience in HR business partnering within a MNC environment
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across different functions
Experience handling employee relations issues with sound judgement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions
Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
