Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Office Administration & Facilities Management

Accountabilities

Manage daily office administration and support supervision of a small administrative team.
Coordinate andmonitorrepair and maintenance (R&M) works, including hands-on support whenrequired.
Support office relocation, renovation projects, and asset management.
Liaise with contractors and the Building Management Office (BMO) on maintenance, security, and building services.
Monitor and evaluate contractor, vendor, and service provider performance.
Assistin developing and implementing office administration policies and best practices.
Support budget control, payment processing, and service contract administration.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental requirements, and corporate policies.
Perform ad-hoc duties andparticipatein special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administrationora relateddiscipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience experience in MNCs or sizable organizations is an advantage.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to manage internal stakeholders and external vendors effectively.
Self-motivated, well-organized, anddetail-oriented.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Putonghua is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidates with less experience will be considered for theSenior Officerposition.
