Key Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment execution
Manage cross trade shipments and Purchase Order (PO) processes from start to completion
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide timely shipment updates
Verify shipping documents (AWB/BL) and ensure compliance with regulations
Monitor shipment profitability, validate rates, and ensur
