Role and Responsibility:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Group Leader to head our Cell Therapy Discovery team, focusing on developing novel T cell therapies with emphasis on in vivo approaches. The successful candidate will drive research programs from conceptualization through IND submission.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the discovery and development of T cell therapies, including CAR-T and TCR-T technologies
Oversee construct design and optimization for cell therapy applications
Direct in vitro and in vivo characterization of cell therapy candidates
