Responsibilities
1. Independent Responsible for formulating and executing vertical content operation + production planning, and being responsible for the overall vertical content experience to improve content quality and drive end-user promotion and new retention 2. Explore high-quality content, targeted introduction, hierarchical operations, etc. to improve vertical categories Content quality rate responsible for the growth of content materials and increasing the exposure and influence of content 3. Based on data analysis of user behavior research, complete user research and crowd operations, including user attributes, behavior and demand portraits, and complete the full-link user Reach out the plan and integrate resources to achieve the goals of user acquisition, retention, and interaction 4. Gain insight into content industry and hot trends, combine external market and internal data, optimize and subdivide secondary categories, and ensure content competitiveness through vertical Category content hotspots to enhance the influence of vertical categories among users and industries.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 1-3 years of experience in the content industry have workplace experience and skills/people's livelihood finance/outdoor travel strategy /Healthy Lifestyle/Recreation and other vertical content operation experience will be given priority, and those with Xiaohongshu content operation experience will be given priority 2. In-depth understanding of the field: Understand the industry dynamics, market trends, user needs, etc. in the field in order to formulate Targeted operational strategies 3.
