Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Focus on the core of the business Indicators, formulate user operation strategies and implement them, and improve user life cycle value while completing indicators 2. Build core indicators and monitoring systems for user operations, discover problems through data and promote improvement directions, and mine and analyze user needs 3. Analyze users Scenarios and feedback from the experience process, refining business processes and product content optimization directions and making suggestions for improvement 4. Connect with the user operations and event operation needs of each product team to ensure overall user experience and event benefits.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience in user operations is preferred 2. Possess data analysis skills, communication and coordination Strong ability and teamwork spirit 3. Strong logical thinking, co-ordination and promotion abilities, and rapid advancement and implementation of work.
