The Role

As a US Sales Support Advisoryou will be responsible for providing the sales organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help Sales/Customer Partners sell and manage client relationships more effectively. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Optimizing all buyer interactions by assisting sellers with building pipelines, relationships, contracts and registration, and improving communication.
  • Understanding buyer behavior and Kyndryl's go-to-market process: creating continuous field process training opportunities through various methods.
  • Creating and delivering content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals which include: building client relationships, identifying client needs, understanding how our products and services can meet client needs, and capturing opportunities within their accounts and registering contracts.
  • Using sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies.
  • Continually evaluating and deploying new and improved methods.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales Operations to create content, track, and measure performance.
  • Providing support to Kyndryl Sales/Customer Partners in account planning, account growth, customer renewals and overall customer relationships at the highest level.

This position is fully remote and the anticipated compensation range for the position $134,530 to $322,880 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.

Who You Are

To be successful in this role we're seeking the following experience and expertise from you:

  • Several years of experience in IT Services Sales.
  • Experience working with Public Sector/Government accounts is required.
  • Federal Government sales experience is required.
  • Prior experience in a Customer Partner or Customer Partner Executive role.
  • Experience and understanding of IT Services pricing.
  • Demonstrated Account Planning skills as well as Formal Account Planning Workshop facilitation experience and consulting certifications.
  • Ability to communicate the Sales Processes effectively.
