Unit Manager (Commercial ONE & PON Control)

Your role

• Leada team to carry out ONE & CPON control on project orders and BAU orders, including coordination with field teams, contractors, internal & external customers
• Manage a team of control staff to ensure ONE & CPON service provisioning and related activities are efficiently carried out which meets customers service required date and satisfaction
• Monitor the service performance of contractors and liaise with other working parties to ensure a smooth and effective service delivery
• Responsible for contractor management
• Prepare analysis and compile daily & monthly statistical reports
• Develop team members on various company system operation and customer handling skills to meet business needs
• Handle and solve internal and external customer enquiries and complaint
• Undertake special projects or assignments whenever required

To succeed in this role

• Degree Holder/Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent or DSE graduated with minimum 10 years working experience in related field
• Good management skills and sound administrative ability
• Innovative and adaptable to changes in meeting the Company business need under a competitive environment
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills with a strong desire in best delivering customer services and achieving service target
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English, proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
